Pro Performance run one-to-one nutrition coaching sessions to help to improve a driver’s understanding of nutrition, and then make the relevant changes to the following three areas:

General Nutrition
Day-to-day nutrition and hydration is just as important as getting it right over a race weekend. Time and again we see drivers that eat and drink the correct things at a race, but don’t take the same care when at home. Our coaching in this area of nutrition involves educating the driver in the components of food, how the body uses energy, and how to construct a correct eating plan.

Race day Nutrition
Pre-race nutrition preparations, what to consume post-race and how to stay adequately hydrated over a race weekend

Training Nutrition
Advice of supplement use, how to supply your body with the right type of fuel for a work-out, how to recover and aid muscle development, and how to stay hydrated during training.
Each nutrition coaching session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes, and will often include eating plans, food diaries and fact sheets for the driver to use in the future.
